Service Delivery Policy

Alk-Fitness exclusively provides digital services and personalized coaching in fitness, wellness, and nutrition.
Once the purchase is completed, the customer will receive an email with a data intake form and will be contacted within 48 business hours to begin the coaching process and schedule the first session (via video call or a dedicated platform).

All services are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is involved.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are only available if requested before the coaching process begins, specifically within 24 hours of purchase and before the initial intake form is submitted.
Once the service has started, full or partial refunds are no longer available.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a coaching package or consultation within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
For recurring or monthly packages, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
